It is 100 liters in capacity and constructed of 304 stainless steel and it includes internal vacuum, a jacket that is designed to heat & cool, and choppers. In addition to the main mixer, it also includes a condensation column and tank that recovers the evaporated vapors. This will allows the R&D team to set the standards in the lab that production follows. Our capacity ranges of our vacuum mixers & dryers range from 1 to 30,000 liters and higher if needed.
